The MTFL is proud to announce that 'Boston Pizza' is the official sponsor for the 2008 season.

Beginning on Monday, June 2nd, 2008, four Boston Pizza locations in Mississauga will be participating in the sponsoring the MTFL for the 2008 season. These are the participating locations and the contact person for each location is listed below:

To kick off the sponsorship and the season, each player on all teams will be given one free voucher for free 'Cactus Cut Potatoes', an exclusive Boston Pizza appetizer. The vouchers will be for dine-in only and will be delivered to each team captain shortly.

To set up your 'Team Fundraising Program', simply contact the store Community Relations Coordinators (CRC) listed above and let them know your team will be participating. Then every time you and any friends or family dine at one of the participating locations, just keep your receipts and have one team representative collect them and submit to the CRC of the corresponding store. At the end of the season your team will receive a cheque for 10% of the total for all receipts collected (before taxes, food purchases only).

Having a 'Team Fundraising Party is another great way to earn money for your team. Get in touch with the CRC at a participating store to arrange one. Simply pick a date and promote your night to friends and family. We will then send you a cheque within 24 hours for 10% of the events sales (before taxes, food purchases only).

To bring even more value as part of their sponsporship, Boston Pizza has offered to award a ‘Free Pizza for a Year’ voucher to the individual selected as the 'Most Valuable Player' on each once of the four Division Championship Teams! This prize has an approximate value of $300 and entitles the winner to one free large pizza each month for a year (dine-in only, valid at participating locations only).

The MTFL is excited to begin this great partnership with Boston Pizza and encourage you to meet with your CRC to see what else you can do to raise money for your team. This is a great opportunity to raise funds for next season's league fees, new equipment or team jerseys. Remember to tell your friends, family and anyone else to stop by, have a great meal and help raise money for your team.
